· Zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind, this is a space for everyone.
· Phones stay outside the practice rooms unless agreed with your instructor.
· No outside shoes or glass cups inside the studios (indoor shoes are okay for Power & aerobic classes).
Just a towel and water. The studio is fully equipped with all the mats, props, and equipment you'll need for any class, workshop, or event.
Yes. Two showers in our gender neutral changing space, stocked with body wash, shampoo, and toiletries. Bring your own towel or rent one up front.
Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your class so you have time to settle in, take off your shoes, and get comfortable. Doors close exactly on time. Out of respect for everyone in the room, and to ensure a proper warm up for your body, please be on time.
Not at all. All of our classes (except Elevate formats) are open to every level, whether it's your first class ever or your hundredth. Your instructor will always offer modifications and progressions so you can work at your own pace.

Yes, one gender neutral changing space open to everyone, with lockers to store your belongings. Showers and toilet areas are also available and offer more privacy if needed.
Yes, drop ins are welcome. If you're planning to come more than once, we also offer a discounted 3 class pack through the website or app.
Classes can be cancelled up to 6 hours before they are scheduled to begin. Late cancellations may result in loss of the credit or a fine.
Yes, you can find and book Anima House classes through ClassPass, WorkIt, and Urban Sport, as well as directly through our website using Bsport.
Yes, gift cards are available to purchase online in packs of 5, 10, and 20 classes. A great gift for anyone who's been meaning to try something new.
There is a small step at the entrance to the studio. We are working toward making this fully accessible and are happy to assist anyone who needs support getting in. Please don't hesitate to reach out before your visit and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
