Born in Amsterdam with Portuguese and Uruguayan roots, Fabio came to training the way a lot of people do, out of necessity. What started as martial arts and weightlifting to hold his own has turned into nearly a decade of coaching PT and group classes. When he's not on the studio floor, he's on his PlayStation or somewhere in the club with a drink in hand. In class, the vibe is everything. He always wants to make sure everyone has a good time, so he protects the vibe at all costs.
